We allowed refund or exchange of goods under the following conditions.
1) Purchase are made within 14 days after delivery.
2) Replacement/Full refund for a wrong or defective item arise on our part.
3) Exchange is subjected to stock availability. If the size/ color which you like to exchange is out of stock, you may make an exchange to an item(s) of a similar value or a top-up will be required for exchange to a higher priced item(s). Kindly note that no refunds will be made for exchange of a lower priced item(s).
4) Please ensure that the item(s) is in its orignial condition, original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
5) Please note that item(s) can only be exchange once.
